What are the best aspects of this product?
It's been a year since we first started using Jobvite. We're able to take advantage of Jobvite's reporting capacity. The application process is so smooth, that we no longer receive calls from applicants asking for assistance with the system. I'm also able to refer candidates to insta-URLs leading to up to three hobs that fit what they're interested in.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like that tutorials are available and their customer service team is responsive, but there are times that Jobvite would just have too many options that it can be overwhelming to understand everything available to us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've been able to further develop our onboarding process. We've been able to customize onboarding according to the new hires' location, status and role. Our reports are done on time, focusing on the information that we can use. We're also able to integrate the ADP and background checks team, so this one saved us time too.
