What are the best aspects of this product?

Jobvite helps us organize our process in terms of recruitment. The workflow is logical and easy to understand. It's comprehensive for all the aspects we need in recruitment and is also easily customized. We're also able to get help from their brand team to help us build great Careers microsite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to find alternatives in terms of loading job ads, apart from HTML format, and be able to edit them when we need to. We could also use more integrations like SSN and DOM for HRM systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to break down our silos. We're also able to collaborate more among other teams and centralize our recruitment processes, which we're now able to measure with better metrics. Our offsite HR team is also able to produce improved results and keep compliant for standardized policies.
