What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the support team is very responsive, regardless if our concern is a minor one or a full-blown major one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if the support team would respond more quickly. Some functionalities are tricky to wield so we have to figure out a workaround for them. There are further areas that we need to configure, but don't have admin access to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to have a link from Jobvite and some other external job boards to our website job board too.
