What are the best aspects of this product?
It is great tool that distributes jobs to employees, it offers great integrations with HRIS systems and lot of canned integrations. The customer service is quick to respond and it is highly customizable. The reporting options are great and we can always customize the reports according to our needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Jobvite offers lot of functionality and it can be really hard to find solution that offers same things like this one.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us with source tracking, OFCCP/EEO reporting. It has knock out/in questions and it has great sourcing with other social media networks.
