What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I always get fast response to all my questions via chat /phone support or logging cases. I like the product platform because it is easy to use and extremely customizable and it doesn’t require hiring a developer.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting is little clunky but I feel that it’s getting better. And other minor thing I might say that I don’t like is inability to post a req within multiple locations without creating custom location.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can easily schedule interview within offices, and it helps us to sync req/offer approval processes with our finance department. With scheduling reports we can track out referral bonuses.
