User-friendly Jobvite

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jobvite is so much easier to learn, compared with the past applicant tracking systems I've been able to use so far, so transitioning to this new system was very seamless.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of anything I don't like about Jobvite.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to easily make use of an approval process for requisitions that is a whole lot clearer.
