What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Jobvite has a smart scheduler, which is a much better alternative to back-and-forth emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot think of any downside to Jobvite at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Faster and much simpler recruitment process, thanks to templates we created with Jobvite. We're also able to cut meetings down to a few minutes, instead of an hour.
