Joget is a workable solution for simple work flow applications, complex flows take some time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

They have a few sample apps on the market place, give you a quick start

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In real enterprise environments the work flow is not as simple to get going and work reliable. Their training is useless, you can't call their tutorials a training session, it sounds like a computer voice that just read a script.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Decent training sessions where they start with a detail design and then do the complete system with explanations on why they choose a certain method or route.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to implement a complete paperless work flow system, like Customer Works Order, Timesheet, QA checklist etc. Especially now, with the pandemic, with so many people working from home, the need for this type of system is going mad.
