What are the best aspects of this product?
JOLT is a useful tool, but its only as effective as your discipline in implementing it and then holding your teams accountable for its use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I bought into JOLT for my two small restaurants, and initially my teams were excited to use a "checklist" that spoke their language (ie electronic). But my managers and I did not hold people accountable for checking off the lists each shift, and eventually it fell out use. Given the $100/mo cost per location, you can't afford Jolt unless you are actively using it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I wish it were easier to log in/ log out individual users. Because it is clunky to log in/out, my teams typically just logged in a manager and then did all the checklists under that one person's name. This made accountability poor.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My teams weren't using shift-by-shift checklists to do maintenance cleaning, and this improved that.
