What are the best aspects of this product?
I would say it has great user interface. The format of the app is straightforward and easy to use. The app also runs fast so there is no lag or annoying buffer in between each action.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When creating lists, i wish there was an option to change the type of task even after you set it. That way if tehre is something to modify, we dont have to completely delete and make a new one.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Nothing to really add for this part.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Completing tasks correctly and completely. Being able to manage and view the actions completed remotely, helps immensely on opening up management time.
