Great product

What are the best aspects of this product?

It saves a lot of time and potential mistakes with making employee schedules. They send in their requests on their phone and it immediately shows up while working on the schedule. It avoids me making mistakes typing them in. They also get their schedules on their phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it automatically updates the schedule with the shift changes, I can't see what I originally scheduled

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability as an admin to see which shifts people are trying to get covered without having to assign myself to the role.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Almost completely eliminates scheduling mistakes, saves me a lot of time making the schedule and completely eliminates communication issues with people switching shifts.
