What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy/quick to create and implement, Scheduling function is easy to use and easy to reference, data analytics are quick to generate and very detailed

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't really think of anything to make Jolt better

I'm not sure -but Jolt surprises me with their constant addition of new features
