PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the scheduling portion of Jolt. It has literally saved me countless hours! I love that my employees can easily go in and adjust there own availability. My staff is made up of usually around 15 students who's availability changes every 5 weeks. It was such a headache for me to organize on my own before Jolt.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love the way that the schedule looks when I am creating it, I can assign colors for locations, etc. However the print version looks very different and is not as easily organized. I wish the print version looked like the version I see when I'm creating it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I wish they would add in a feature where you could click to see what something looks like on a phone, and on the tablet. Since I do everything in a separate building from my computer it would be nice to quickly click to see the tablet view or phone view.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling, checklists, temp logs, and communication with my staff have all been solved with Jolt. We all love it!
