What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing is the solid yet flexible structure of the information database.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few features they are still working on.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see them add a feature to the Note items in Lists, which would enable the use of the note to be a yes / no option where choosing either Yes or No would then either mark the Note item as complete without needing to add text to the note, or let you add text to the note that was relevant to the prompt.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to solve the problem of having to check behind employees and find out about incomplete tasks after the fact. Now employees are motivated to take care of tasks in a timely fashion, and even if things are not completed to satisfaction, they know that it is part of a regular record and they will have a chance to show regular improvement.
We have benefited from a clear channel of communications between managers and team members that does not rely on memory, post-it notes, or incidental scheduling.
