What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like the ease of use. You can set who see what lists. You can set point values to each task and we have a contest to see who can get the most points per week.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The amount email notifications. If we could set the email notification per list to notify the proper person only.
Example: Back of House list goes to back of house manger.
front of house list goes to front of house manager.
