What are the best aspects of this product?
It's so fast to set up because the dev pack isn't too big. Joomla makes it easy to enable a responsive website and all the functionality scripts. We have plenty of design templates and themes to choose from. Joomla makes sure it's constantly updated too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really like Joomla, and it could be an even better CMS than WordPress or Drupal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to quickly build reliable website infra. We no longer have to maintain coding updates because Joomla provides this for us. All our dev timelines are slashed and we're able to roll out branded UX a lot more than before.
