What are the best aspects of this product?
Jostle's interface is intuitive and only requires minimal training. As an organization with limited back office staff, we appreciate that it only required minimal support from both the HR and IT functions. It takes the hassle away from maintaining and supporting an intranet system which usually is quite challenging.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In some aspects, the functionality could be considered to be a little bit limited when compared to other intranet systems available on the market. However, what the platform does, it does very well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were looking for something that allowed a two way conversation since our previous intranet does not get to do that. Nearly half our staff work either from their home office or very small regional offices, so we wanted something that connected us all together. Now, we have over 90% of staff logging into Jostle on a regular basis and we not only get to be connected to one another but we also get to discover some previously unknown expertise from within the workplace.
