JourneyFlow is very easy to approach for Marketing Automation/CRM rookies
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
JourneyFlow allows the user to create a vision for what they want done and figure out their strategy for accomplishing that, but you'll need to invest in Marketing Automation/CRM software to execute

Ability to attach documents to objects in JourneyFlow
