What are the best aspects of this product?
Its timesheet UI is so easy to carry out. Very little training is required. It contains customization functionality that makes it all the more ideal to cater just about any needs in the industry. It integrates easily and well with other third party programs. Customer support is friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Turns out, its help desk really doesn't have the know-how in dealing with projectxecute problems since it's a time sheet-related problem. A third party is being outsourced for implementation. Deployment appears to be a little slow and aggravating.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Journyx did a spectacular job in resolving billable hours that haven't been accounted for. Those hours cost us a lot before. It resolved billing issues related to charging the wrong accounts. It provided visibility across the organization for ongoing projects globally.
