What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so easy to create reports and making interpretations. Being able to download reports right into Excel makes this even more attractive. Its usefulness is great! Its time sheet program is user-friendly. Training it to the new staff is simple and is essential self-explanatory.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a tendenc for the oldest time sheet history to show up first and foremost. It would've been nice if the "recent" timesheet would show itself under timesheet approvals.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to get on the road with this software. All the while, getting timesheets completed and approved no where you are are. It won't even matter if you're going through VPN or not. Copying reports to a number of users they can adjust on their own prevents you from re-inventing the wheel. It's matter of making tweaks to save time.
