Scheduling has been so much easier with Journyx.

What are the best aspects of this product?

People that I've scheduled to work are those in the Army National Guard. I've included their yearly training and drill dates. There have been instances of unexpected "time off" requests being made as well as a 2-week period of overlapping where I couldn't make a schedule for my team and other people. Journyx has made things easier in making adjustments swiftly. I didn't have to go through lenghty steps whenever I make changes in their schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've experimented with different kinds of scheduling software before. But I settled with Journyx. It exceeded what I initially expected. It saved me a lot of time. I feel the software has been doing nothing but good since I've used it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been managing around 30+ individuals. These individuals include the Deputy Program Manager, shift supervisors, and satellite operators. These are contracted by the Department of Defense. The biggest upside with this is how simple it is to utilize.
