What are the best aspects of this product?

So far, we're only able to utilize the Time Sheet. Currently, the Expense Sheet failed to meet my company's accounting practice standards. Journyx happens to be one of those platforms with a crispy clean timesheet UI. It offers sufficient functionalit for any timesheet activity. It's simple enough for our users to handle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few things that needs improvement. And they happen to be the most obvious ones. Their portfolio built and concept appears to be weak. Maybe more details on the project can be helpful. For the Report Export, perhaps there shold be an option to export report in the form of Excel.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We operat as an IT consulting firm. Our main area of concentration is Identity Security. The Timesheet happens to be an essential aspect of our members of the consult team. It's also used for charging their services.
