What are the best aspects of this product?
What eventually lured us to Journyx was how it's flexible in its in tracking time. What closed the deal was the simplicity on its setup. We utilize Journyx in tracking everything that's retails. That includes the time spent by employees in customer locations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing to really hate with Journyx. Thing is, it'd be nice if we can delegate certain admin tasks to departments. For instance, we'll need to centrally define tasks and projects. It'd be cool to delegate have the ability to delegate task and project setup to the heads of the deparment. That way, they can preserve all these things on their own.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our customers love the fact that the system that's currently being used eradicates the need for paper-based timecards. Our team in accounting prefers the system since it gets rid of keying timecards manually. At the same time, it removes other annoying factors involved in doing things manually like errors, misplacements, and etc...
