What are the best aspects of this product?

It's minimalist and easy to set up. I use Buffer for social media scheduling for this exact reason and Juicer has that same easy to use quality that I appreciate so much. The customization is probably one of the most important aspects since clients have a wide range of aesthetic factors that have to be balanced on their website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some additional layouts would be pretty cool, but what they have is workable for every project.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A comment feature right there on the feed would be pretty amazing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Winning over clients and promoting our social media services. I use their WordPress plugin on all of my projects and clients love it. They think we're website developing wizards.
