What are the best aspects of this product?
Haven't really had a chance to use the product long enough. From what I saw, the images were not really any better than Unsplash or Pexels.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For starters, NOT charging free trials users before warning them that their trial is about to expire OR asking them if they're happy with the product and want to continue paying for it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
- Warning that your free trial is about to expire.
- Asking you if you want to switch from free to a paid subscription, and not assuming that you do simply because you forgot about the product.
