What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of setting up and ease of customizing the tool for a specific workflow, so you can quickly get a very nice drag and drop UI that works for the process you want.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For my use, I haven't found an important limitation yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tracking tasks with lots of details but which are frequently blocked, and making it both easy to understand current status and easy to pick up the details when the task can be taken up again.

Google Sheets; also Jira

Why did you decide to change it?

i wanted better project management than Google Sheets but Jira was way too heavy-weight.
