Endless customization + easy to understand interface + tons of free add-ons + speed of working + reliability of the service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app could have offline capabilities, but it's not a biggy for my team.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Offline access, more card colors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Repeating wasteful communication, lack of status information on crucial projects and clients, no time recording, overall chaos. We are all much more relaxed and well informed about each others work now.
