Easy to understand and introduce to a team; nice and fast-answering customer support, possibility to having the tool on-site

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me there could be more tools for data from time-tracking analysis

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Team communication about the steps of a project (we finally resigned from endless e-mails about every step)
