Kanban tool for task management

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy to use and can track time on tasks, as well as give a great overview of both pending, ongoing and completed tasks

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is not really any aspecs that I find problematic, the one challenge I had, was shown to be by their customer support right away

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if they added a note-taking option, I use cases to document meetings and so on, but the note-taking functionality would be nice with an upgrade

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing time and work - keeping track of work and what types of work we spend time on.
