What are the best aspects of this product?
Kaseya VSA allows us to do a lot of things that we can't do when using other software: (1) efficient management of networks; (2) easy review of servers; (3) automated maintenance tasks; and (4) easy monitoring of user behavior. It help us provide better services.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface can be further improved by making it more intuitive and easy to navigate. I also wish they would look at some bugs that restart the computer sometimes when there's an error.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The sequenced automation helps us resolve our client's issues quickly. We no longer have to stay on the phone with them as we troubleshoot the issues. It made us more efficient and perform better. The reporting system is helpful, too.
