What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the patch control feature! It's really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've encountered a couple of bugs when using the live connect remote control. I was being logged out quite frequently. It doesn't also recall the previous commands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now able to quickly resolve patch issues. Accessing hosts are now done in seconds!
