What are the best aspects of this product?
Remote Connectivity and connection rate is very good, only few failures out of all the connections we make. Their UI is improving with every release, so overall a fine Remote monitoring and management tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing as such, as they fixed their support, which was the only shaggy part. Support is good now and their response time is great too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are now able to connect and monitor all our remote locations.
