What are the best aspects of this product?

I mainly use Kaseya for auditing multiple offices. It keeps me organized and I love that it's not complicated to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be so much better if there's an admin app that would allow us to see the screen of our clients to make it easier for us to guide them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now troubleshoot IT issues remotely which is very convenient.
