What are the best aspects of this product?

Among Kaseya's amazing features, I found scripting the best and most usable for me. This app saves us a lot of time as a team because it automates some of our tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think this program works well with Mac, especially with the new iOS updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program helps us resolve the majority of IT issues even if we're working remotely! We no longer have to visit the office and troubleshoot the issues in person. It really saved us a lot of time and resources, and definitely improved our performance and efficiency.
