What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best about Kaseya are these 3 main features: (1) ticketing; (2) agent management; and (3) policy management. Awesome.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do think that the patch management and monitoring configuration can still be improved.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are now able to resolve issues before it gets more complicated. Thanks to Kaseya! Our customers/clients love our services better.
