Full-featured straight out of the box. We could support customers and prospects across email, social and live chat without any elaborate setup or 3rd party integrations

We'd like to see more customization in the new kayako.

We have multiple users that provide support. Keeping track of what was said and by whom was always an issue. Kayako unifies all channels and puts every interaction with a customer and prospect in one place. This has made support simple and easy and has saved us a lot of time.
