What are the best aspects of this product?

So user friendly so that all stakeholders in our organization can access information they need when they need it instead of relying on one person in the office to run reports or answer specific questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't come across anything problematic as of yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are saving money from the last software we were using, getting specific information out of the system is easy for users, use of online donation connections like Stripe & Paypal is seamless and that is good for our organization and for our donors.
