What are the best aspects of this product?

We're extremely in love with this product. We finally have access to our logins on our smart device, home, and office computers. Makes changes in one place and it basically changes everyting in all places. We can save links and have them linked directly to the page of our choosing and key in logins with a click of a button. We're able to check up on each password security we've saved and input important notes within the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing to really hate with it. Its system and everything it offers is convenient to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For some site, we have a tendency to share passwords. Whenever one of us switches to a new password, it would automatically change other passwords. It minimizes the tendency to utilizing the same password time and again. That means no longer storing them in your head. We won't have to worry about any third party acquiring information even if it's by accident.
