What are the best aspects of this product?

VPN Unlimited is so easy to set up and use on both my Apple laptop and iPad. There's no lag in the connection regardless of which server I switch to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Perhaps there's an easier way to disconnect the VPN from my iPhone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's now so much safer using my laptop at work and in public locations when I need to.
