What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Kentico for both admins and content editors. Its interface and workflow are user friendly and easy to use. The editing interface is understandable, and the process of creating pages is easy and quickly. We use Kentico internet solution and we managed to use all its functionalities. The recycle bin option is great because you can easily recover deleted assets. The good thing is that not everyone can change something without approval from an admin.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We upgraded to 8.2 Kentico version due to new features, but as an admin of this platform I cannot add other CMS back-end users for our websites and intranet. It would be beneficial for our staff to use this platform on mobile devices but not the intranet. It’s silly. When new pages are not displayed in the search engine. Also, I would like to see more control of layouts over online forums.

Great tool, because it can be used by many other departments and users.
