What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface of the admin gives us a big quantity of tools which goal is to make and configure stuff, which is very easy to use it. There are a variety of tools for creating social functionality into your website, for example: forums, chats etc. There are inside- tools for a different-language support. It continues in a google translate API which allows you to create a copy of the page into different language only with one click. You can revise and glaze the translated copy before publish it, since it is a copy of the aforementioned page. This is useful function for fast and easy creation and maintaining of high- quality sites that are multi- lingual. Included templates for stuff like KnowledgeBase articles are good for brilliant improvement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It does not consolidate with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, even though it is meant to have a function as all-in-one marketing solution. This is a very big disadvantage for an e-mail marketing and customer profiling tool. The web analytics are so-so, at least we ended up only with using Google Analytics. It would be very good if they just change their analytics with Google Analytics integration. The store does not hold services of subscription, that would be very good. Permissions are awesome but notably troublesome. A fulfillment would be great.
