What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers ease of use and one can easily understand and find the tools they need. Personally, I love the filter as it allows me to see my assignments and check on past projects. Tasks can also be assigned so it is easier for task management. There's no need for lengthy emails with long attachments anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Editing word documents can be hard. The formatting is not consistent. The loading time should also be fixed as sometimes it doesn't load at all. This can hinder our work and is a bit cumbersome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a freelancer and using this tool helped me easily locate my tasks and submit it once done. This makes our work process easier as I don't need to send them lengthy emails about my finished tasks. Feedback is also immediate as it is done on the same platform.
