What are the best aspects of this product?

It's super easy to use and has multilingual functions. This gives us the opportunity to work with more people. It is also very intuitive with its delivery API and easy integration with the stack system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a bit expensive so it is not suitable for small businesses. The price for the software makes it hard for small businesses and some medium-sized businesses to use it. Furthermore, there are no electronic data forms, making the management of notification a bit hard and vulnerable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is great for our company because it offers us a lot of great features. It allows our marketing team to create a better experience for our clients because of its easy administration tools. We simply love the ways in which Kentico Kontent helped us.
