Excellent employee monitoring program

What are the best aspects of this product?

Essentially, this program helped us solve a problem that is a very sore subject for our company – control and analysis of employees' behavior. Kickidler's function of online monitoring transparently displays all employees. You can always see who's doing what, it doesn't take a lot of time, and it's extremely effective. Another very useful function is screen recording. Also Kickidler has a terrific customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have provided cloud for placement of the server, that's a downside. There is no integration with Outlook.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There is no integration with Outlook. We are hope see it in future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is a useful program for control of the employees. At the moment it is unmatched in its functions of online monitoring and employees' screen recording. After implementation of the program the efficiency of our employees has increased considerably.
