Excellent tool for monitoring employees

What are the best aspects of this product?

Kickidler is by far the best employee monitoring software we've ever used. Specifically, I like its time tracking feature, real time monitoring, ability to share screen, and its friendly interface. It's definitely reliable when it comes to monitoring what employees are doing during their working hours and making sure no time was being wasted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform does not offer email monitoring and traffic monitoring features. It would be great if they'd consider adding these features. Aside from that, I don't like the cloud options for server.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am working as the head of our Human Resource department and my boss has once expressed his desire to improve the company's overall productivity and of course to generate more profit. I told him that we needed a tool to monitor the activities of our employees in order to figure out how we can maximize their productivity. We have tried many applications (for business ethics, I won't name them) but nothing met our standard and needs. Some have complicated interface, have steep learning curve, while others just don't work as they promise. We shifted to Kickidler and the tool is just what we were looking for. It lets us monitor our employees activities in real time. We don't just see the application they use or sites they visit but know exactly what they are doing there. The activities are recorded in videos, which mean they are highly reliable. They can't be tampered. It's highly accurate. Really helpful in boosting productivity.
