What are the best aspects of this product?

easy to master, provides such important function as an online – monitoring, numerous reports on the working time and quiet a reasonable price (by purchasing a 1-year license or a lifetime license). The program enables a constant surveillance of the company, a permanent knowledge of occupation of every member of the virtual team and of all those absent at the workplace. A tougher monitoring provides the possibility to overview the user actions history of employees and to analyze which Websites they actually visited. The feature of violations’ control was particularly impressing – I can specify the Websites, the programs and the files, which opening shall be recorded in the history, which in its turn shall be displayed on the video.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

presents certain small shortcomings, but the major disadvantage for us is the absence of a cloud-hosted version of the program. In my view this would represent a crucial factor for bigger remote teams than ours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickidler matches perfectly for the users without substantial IT-experience. The viewer is highly intuitive, the Web-interface is somewhat more complicated, but after the acquaintance with the user's guide the things became quite clear. We had certain problems by installation, however the Support Desk was always there to assist.
Kickidler provided extremely perceptible effect within my team. The program helped to strengthen the discipline of remote employees and to simplify the communications within the team.
