What are the best aspects of this product?

The introduction of the program has significantly increased the productivity of our employees. Installation is very simple and takes minimal time. At any time you can get information about what your employees are busy with. Very convenient reporting system, which saves time when analyzing employees' working hours. Sufficient flexibility to configure classifiers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This program use central server to connect stations and servers. It's not very good for us.
