What are the best aspects of this product?

Kindful has a complete set of functions for non-profits that includes a CRM and a fundraising tool. These features make Kindful very useful for us, considering that it has super approachable support staff as well. No wonder why we have selected Kindful among other options that we have tried. And we now suggest this tool to other non-profit groups too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kindful lacks personalization controls on the donation pages. This makes it somehow less adaptive for various purposes, thus we may stop using it on a long run. It’s a good thing, though, that the developers know about such problem. They say that improvements are already on the way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used a lot of inconvenient solutions to manage our operations before, such as excel spreadsheets, confusing CRM tools and unsuitable shopping carts. They are supposedly intended for handling donor lists and fundraising efforts, but they made our processes too difficult to manage. Kindful has really revolutionized our operations because of its ease of use, despite of it being a very robust and functional platform. All our personnel and volunteers use Kindful without any headaches.
