What are the best aspects of this product?

Kindful is a very easy to use platform with convenient features. We like how it lets us make personalized fields for donors, task management features, note options as well as its reporting tools. It complies with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) as well. This makes Kindful unique among other non-profit CRMs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Making some activities searchable would boost its functional efficiency. Receipt creation should be enhanced too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kindful is a good tool for managing detail and info about donors. It lets us apply restrictions on the acknowledgements to keep the list of donors fresh and up-to-date. Moreover, the donation pages help us communicate with donors smoothly, as well as it helps us save a lot of time.
