What are the best aspects of this product?

The sales representative of Kindful is so professional and guided us in arriving to a decision of buying the platform. He have allowed our unusual request of contacting current Kindful users for some queries, and he have helped in making it possible. After purchase, the onboarding process of the platform into our organization is also very seamless. Thanks to the onboarding staff who have assisted us along the way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kindful doesn’t have text messaging features. That would help send large bulks of SMS messages at once. I do not have other complains about Kindful for now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

UI navigation is super seamless on Kindful, and it has a useful reporting feature too. Moreover, it integrates well with essential tools from other brand, meaning we do not need to pay them full. This is a great variable for pulling down our operational costs.
